VALET PARKING AND EVENT REGISTRATION
Drop your car at the valet station outside the main entrance of The Mayo Hotel, 515 W. 5th St., then pickup your bidder number and evening program at check-in, in the hotel lobby. To ensure a smooth check-in process, look for an email from Auction and Event Services on behalf of CAN to pre-register. Complimentary champagne will accompany you upstairs to the Crystal Ballroom for pre-dinner activities.
COCKTAILS AND MORE
6 - 7 P.M.
Enjoy complimentary wine, beer and specialty cocktails at one of three bar stations while you bid on one of eight bucket list trips in our silent auction (details here), make your way to the Kendra Scott Jewelry Pull and try your luck with one of our raffles.
DINNER AND PROGRAM
7 - 9 P.M.
Place your final winning bids in the silent auction before joining us in the ballroom for a delicious dining experience provided by the Mayo. Dinner will include a brief program and live auction before the party begins back downstairs.
AFTER PARTY DJ
The real fun begins after dinner. Make your way back downstairs where a DJ, photobooth and after-party treats await.
